⏺Fully / Partially Funded Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarships for Sri Lankan Students in Pakistan offered by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan 2026
*️⃣Degree Programmes (Courses)
01. Undergraduate (Bachelor's)
02. Postgraduate (Master's)
03. Doctorate (PhD)
Area of Studies: Medicine (MBBS), Dentistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Basic and Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Architecture, Fine Arts, Business Education, Computer Sciences, Information Technology (IT), Agriculture Sciences, Media and Communication Studies, Languages, etc
*️⃣Eligibility Criteria
1️⃣Medicine
GCE A’ Levels / equivalent examination (Pre-Medical) with at least 65% Marks.
2️⃣Engineering
GCE A’ Levels / equivalent examination (Pre-Engineering) with at least 65% Marks.
3️⃣Bachelor Degree
GCE A’ Levels / equivalent examination in required subjects with at least 60% Marks.
4️⃣Master Degree Programs
16 years education in relevant subjects with 60% marks at graduate level
5️⃣Doctoral Degree Programs
18 years education in relevant subject with CGPA 3.00/4.00 at Master’s level. Research thesis at MS level is required.
*️⃣Terms & Conditions
🔖Only Srilankan citizens are eligible for the award of scholarship. Dual nationals are not eligible.
🔖Age limit for BS programs is 17-22 years and maximum age limit for graduate and doctoral programs is 35 years.
🔖The candidate must have acquired the requisite qualification on or before the last date of application submission.
🔖The candidate will be required to serve Sri Lanka after completion of education in Pakistan.
🔖Selection will be made purely on merit basis after physical examination of the documents provided by the applicant.
🔖Placement of students will be solely at HEC discretion
🔖Medium of instruction will be English
🔖Merit list will be prepared on the basis of information provided by the applicant. In case of any misinformation/misrepresentation
🔖Age limit for BS programs is 17-22 years and maximum age limit for graduate and doctoral programs is 35 years.
